Abstract

This handout introduces parents to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at University of Washington Medical Center. It describes the NICU's Code of Conduct, the NICU Family Lounge, services and support that are available to NICU families, and also explains about daily health screenings for visitors and other visitor guidelines.
